A TEENAGE pop star hotly tipped to be the next Miley Cyrus wooed her fans in Edmonton as part of a special tour through Britain's schools.

American Taylor Bright, made famous through networking sites MySpace and Facebook, met and sang to students at Eldon Junior School, in Eldon Road, on Tuesday.

The 16-year-old said she "loved London", adding: "I've been in contact with fans all over the UK through Facebook and Myspace and their interest in my music has been amazing!"

She was promoting new single Striped Socks - a pop rock tune she made from her bedroom computer with A&R advice supplied from her friends. She added: "As a young person, I know I can make a difference. As an artist, I can use my music to set an example for others.
